Girls day!

Emalee and I had big plans today. She was skipping school and we were going to drive over to Seattle to go to the South Center mall. The Octonauts were doing a show there and we wanted to see it. She also informed me she wanted to get her hair cut and ears pierced. So I said, okay lets go!

So after we dropped Paige, we were off. 

We got to the mall just as the show was to begin. So it was hard to see. But we watched for a few minutes then decided it was not that great. So we set off to do some shopping and stuff. 

First stop was a haircut. She wanted it shorter, but I said maybe next time. But Emalee cut off a lot of hair! And go a real style with layers. She looks adorable!

We then went to claire's to get her ears pierced. She has chickened out in the past. So I was sure this was not going to happen. But we got flu shots a few weeks back and I compared it to that. So she got tough and did it!

There was only one girl there, so she had to do one ear at a time. She did great! No crying at all. She even did it without blanket...who I forgot in the car!

We had a great time at the mall. My E and Me day :)
