A weekend with Meghan

Meghan and Heather came for the weekend to visit! The girls (and me) were so excited. 

We had plans to go to the zoo the day they were coming (they got in at 5 pm, so we were planning on the day in seattle to make pick up easy). But the sun did not come out and the fog was bad. So instead we went to the Bug museum. Then we went to the mall. Paige and I got haircuts.

Finally it was time to pick them up! 

We had dinner at the Cheesecake factory. Then did some shopping! 

Friday we slept in. Then headed to downtown Poulsbo. We had some donuts and then we did some Paint your own pottery!

And then headed to Rob's work party! 

After the work party we headed to see Shriek the musical. 

It was a long and very fun day!

Saturday we headed to a fall festival. They had hay rides, face painting, a hay maze, and animals. They had lots more, but this is what the girls loved about it :) After a spending the day out in the sunshine, we headed to Silvercity Brewery. 

Sunday we spent in downtown Seattle. The waterfront was doing trick or treating. And the aquarium was having a halloween event all day. We did some trick or treating and then headed into the aquarium. They carved pumpkins and had them in all the tanks. They had professional carvers there carving big pumpkins. They had face painting. They had trick or treating in the aquarium. And they had two new Octopi! It was a great event!

After spending the day on the waterfront we headed to the stadium to see the Sounders game. We did all the pre game stuff. Played games outside the stadium, got our hair colored, and picked up yummy stadium snacks.
